Thanks to those of you who have RSVP’d! Soon we will limit our communications to only those who have RSVP’d YES.

We have a lot to share with you, including an important deadline: November 1st is the LAST DAY you can modify your room reservation in ANY way and still get the discounted promo code rate. We will be sending out a second reminder in 2 weeks.

Once you have received your room confirmation and flight number, please go to 'RSVP' and enter it in the section designated for room confirmation and flight number. We will require everyone's room booking confirmation 60 days out.
